Your record goes home with you.

After every visit, your phone carries what the doctor decided — your medicines, with times and reminders, in Nepali or English. Not a photograph of a prescription. Not a bag of papers. Your history, in order, wherever you are treated next.

Your medicines

A list your phone can remind you about — not a photo you squint at.

When the doctor signs your prescription into MedFile, each medicine arrives with its dose, its times and its duration. Reminders ring at the right moments; you mark each dose taken or skipped; a short course simply ends when it ends.

At your next visit — at this hospital or any other you permit — the doctor sees the same list, current and exact.

No doctor can look you up. They can only be let in.

A doctor reads your record only after scanning the code your phone shows — and only for one hour. You can end their access at any moment, mid-visit, with one button. Afterwards, your app shows you exactly who was in, when, and what they did.

Works without a connection

Your medicines, reminders and records are on your phone, connection or not. If you are offline at the hospital, a prepared backup code lets your doctor in — same consent, same one hour, same log. Everything syncs when the connection returns.

Family, at your invitation

A son in Kathmandu — or abroad — can follow a parent's care: the medicines, the visits, the follow-ups. Only if the patient invites them, only what the patient permits, and the patient can pause or end it at any time. Family can look; they can never change anything.

What it costs you

Nothing. Not now, not later, not for any feature.

A shared record only works when every patient is on it — so MedFile does not ask a patient to pay, for anything, ever. Your record belongs to you; taking it with you between hospitals will never cost you anything either.

MedFile reaches you through your hospital. If you would like your hospital to offer it, tell them about us — or point their administration to this site.
